Unlike the accredited investor qualification status, you will need to re-attest your status for each investment that you make. We will rely on a written representation from you at the time of each investment as to your investor status, unless we are aware of any information to the contrary. If we are aware of any information to the contrary, we will not be able to rely on a written representation, your status will expire, and you will not be able to invest in the offering.
