At this time, we are only able to cancel a requested or pending investment if the cancellation request is received prior to when your investment documents have been counter-signed. If we receive your cancellation request after your documents have already been signed, we’re unable to cancel your investment request.
We will consider all requests we receive, but we cannot guarantee your request will be granted if it falls outside this policy. You can reach out to investments@allocate.co to submit your cancellation request.
