We strongly recommend enabling MFA on your account using an Authentication App on your mobile device (such as Authy, Duo, or Google Authenticator), but you can also use the SMS option as well. You can find the MFA setup page here.
Once MFA is enabled, whenever you sign into Allocate:
- You’ll enter your email and password as usual.
- You'll receive either an SMS message with a code or a one-time generated code for your authentication app.
- You'll enter the code and if correct you will be logged on to the platform.
On login, you will also have the option to remember your browser and device for 30 days before it asks you to re-enter your MFA code again (you should only use the remember me feature on trusted devices that are not used by the general public).
