We ask you to ensure the formation and control structure of your business entity and/or trust hasn’t materially changed.  If it has then we require that you re-verify your business entity or trust before proceeding with any new investments.

Reasons why a business entity or trust may have materially changed:

• UBO ownership has changed for the business entity

• Control persons for the business entity have changed

• The grantors and/or trustees have changed for the trust

• The formation / legal structure of the business entity or trust has changed

• The state or country of the business entity or trust has changed

• There is new international ownership and/or control over the business entity or trust

• The Tax ID or U.S. EIN has changed for the business entity or trust
